If you need to reset your password, we recommend that you try to do so via self-service. Agents and brokers may go to: https://portal.cms.gov/and near the upper right corner of the page, click the “Forgot Password?” link.
2. For agents and brokers using direct enrollment pathway: for best results, we recommend having only one tab open while assisting consumers on healthcare.gov. Having only one tab open at a time should help prevent any unnecessary slowness or errors while you are on the site, using the direct enrollment functionality. If you experience issues we recommend that you clear the internet cache, delete cookies, and restart the browser.
